One of the first things I was tasked with doing for this company was to take the department I headed from manual drafting to computer aided drafting.  I successfully took approximately 35 stock plans and converted them to electronic format in about three months.  Other duties included working with other members of management and third-party agencies.  I provided all plans for construction for several years on my own before eventually adding and overseeing two other employees in the engineering department.
