Rick Nutter Designs works with builders and/or homeowners to develop custom house plans.

Plans will be sent to you in PDF format which can be read by any computer that has Adobe Reader installed. Then you can take your finished plans to any copy shop or blueprint service to have them printed for you.

Experience

I have designed hundreds of houses spanning the past 20 years. Like most of us, I started my career many years ago at the bottom of the ladder.  After a short time I became head of the design department at the first company for which I worked. From there, I went on to be the department head of two other similar companies before finally going out on my own a few years ago.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work closely with several state building code officials. This has given me a very good understanding of residential building codes.
